More of the similar today. No beans, but there's some bulghur under that chicken, and some capsicum and onion mix in with the tomato/zucchini stuff. Must make some more things.
60 g chicken = 100 Cal
100 g bulghur = 87 Cal
squash = 60 Cal
tomato/zucchini/onion = 50 Cal
capsicum/onion = 30 Cal
Total = 327 Cal
And I nibbled on some "lite" cottage cheese too. That would have been another 20 Cal or so.
