For today's lunch I made a cross between tamagoyaki and mushroom omelette in my new little tamagoyaki pan. I actually had three bits of it, but I ate one before I remembered to take the photo. The rest of the bento is pea and potato bhaji frittata with pickled jalapeños, cherry tomatoes, olives, and broccoli with balsamic vinegar and toasted sesame oil dressing.

mushrooms = 8 Cal
butter/oli = 20 Cal
olives = 15 Cal
jalapeños = 10 Cal
tomatoes = 9 Cal
broccoli = 10 Cal
Total = 342 Cal
Today's boots are my old faithfull Last Footwear Co boots. They need a clean badly.
